We provide a total customade signet ring, we have a range of designs from our collection but don’t worry if you want something different, we can definetly customize for you…You can also request to book a private appointment with the Jeweller to discuss about your unique piece.
If the ring is in silver metal, it will take between one to two weeks to create and engrave if stones are not required.
For gold and platinum rings it will take approximately two to four weeks to create and engrave if stones are not required.
If you have an urgent request we may be able to prioritize, it will depend on our suppliers timeframe.
You’re more than welcome to supply your own signet ring for us to engrave.
Just keep in mind that hollow or plated rings we can not do a deep and nice engraving, that is why our collection has only solid and strong rings.
We work by appointment only so we can have a one by one appointment that we dedicate 100% the time only for your especific service.
Most of he time yes, using specialized laser welding equipment, we are able to infill the engraving. Once this is done, we polish the item and restores it to a smooth, blank surface, but first the jeweller will consult your piece and say if it is possible.
Each job is quoted individually. We work out a quote based on the set-up time, quantity, engraving time, artwork and the amount of finishing required.
You can have your item Delivered to our Parcel Locker and we returned back after finish the job.
Our postal services are via Aus Post Express.
All jewellery items are dispatched Express delivery, tracked and signed through Aus Post
We advise all items to be sent to us via recorded delivery. Please ensure your package or parcel is clearly labelled with your contact details.

Payment is required either upon collection or before dispatch.
For gold jewellery we can request a 50% deposit before start creating your piece.
We accept all major credit cards at the studio or we can also email over an invoice with our bank details attached once the job is completed.
