I always like to be around family and friends and to help them as much as I can. When I was thinking about my career, I wanted to create something that was both of value and that could also help people. I feel blessed that I found in the jewellery trade a passion for engraving special moments into jewellery using laser technology. I love hearing all the stories behind each piece I engrave, it makes me feel very happy in what I do. I also enjoy working alongside my talented husband every day too!

We work by appointment only so we can have a one by one appointment that we dedicate 100% the time only for your especific service.
Our turn around times are dependent upon the job type and our job load. However, most jewellery engraving jobs usually turn around at the time of the appointment or within 1 -3 working days. Orders with larger quantities or require design we aim to process within 4-7 working days.
You’re more than welcome to supply your own materials or jewellery for us to engrave.
We provide a total customade jewellery to be engraved or not, like wedding bands, solitaire Rings, Pendants, Bracelets, Necklace…You can also request to book a private appointment with the Jeweller.
You can have your item Delivered to our Parcel Locker and we returned back after finish the job.
Our postal services are via Aus Post Express.
All jewellery items are dispatched Express delivery, tracked and signed through Aus Post at $20.00.
We advise all items to be sent to us via recorded delivery. Please ensure your package or parcel is clearly labelled with your contact details.

Call, email or Text us to book a drop off time before heading to our studio.
Payment is required either upon collection or before dispatch.
We accept all major credit cards at the studio or we can also email over an invoice with our bank details attached once the job is completed.
