You have two options to get in touch with our friendly team:
Contact Form: Fill out the contact form with your name, email address, phone number, and a brief message about the jewellery service you need. Click the "Submit" button to send your inquiry.
Call Us: Alternatively, you can call us to speak directly with one of our jewellery experts. Our team will be happy to assist you and answer any initial questions you may have.
Step 2: Book a Free Consultation (if necessary)
If your jewellery service requires an in-person analysis of the piece, such as repair, remodeling, or custom design, we'll schedule a free consultation at a time that suits you best. During the consultation, you can bring the jewellery piece with you, and our skilled jeweller will assess the work needed and provide recommendations and give you a quote for the job.
Step 3: Work Together on the Design
For customised jewellery or significant remodeling projects, the designer will collaborate to bring your vision to life. We'll discuss your preferences, ideas, and the materials you desire to create a unique piece that perfectly reflects your style and personality.
Step 4: Approve the Job
Once the design is finalized, we'll provide you with a timeline for the completion of the work. You'll have the opportunity to review and approve the job before we proceed with the craftsmanship. Rest assured that our pricing is transparent, and there are no hidden fees as discussed before (step 2).
Step 5: Collect or Receive the Job Done
Upon completing the jewellery service, we'll notify you immediately. Depending on your preference, you have two options to collect your piece:
In-Store Pickup: If you prefer, you can visit our Studio to collect your beautifully restored, remodelled, or custom-made piece. Our team will be delighted to hand it over to you in person.
Secure Delivery: If you can't make it to our studio, we offer a safe delivery service. Your jewellery will be carefully packaged and delivered right to your doorstep, ensuring it reaches you in perfect condition.

We work by appointment only so we can have a one by one appointment that we dedicate 100% of the time only for your specific service.
Our turn around times are dependent upon the job type and our job load. We always try our best to do as quick as we can. You are welcome to contact us to have an idea how long the service would take.
We provide a total customade jewellery to be engraved or not, like wedding bands, solitaire Rings, Pendants, Bracelets, Necklace…You can also request to book a private appointment with the Jeweller.
In some cases we can use your own material, but we always recommend to have a consultation with our jeweller so he can know your desires and work with you in your special project and check what he can or can not use from your materials.
You can have your item Delivered to our Parcel Locker and we returned back after finish the job.
Our postal services are via Aus Post Express.
All jewellery items are dispatched Express delivery, tracked and signed through Aus Post at $20.00.
We advise all items to be sent to us via recorded delivery. Please ensure your package or parcel is clearly labelled with your contact details.

Payment is required either upon collection or before dispatch.
We accept all major credit cards at the studio or we can also email over an invoice with our bank details attached once the job is completed.
