Custom Orders

All signet rings are made-to-order and personalised based on the client’s specifications. Once production begins, changes or cancellations are not possible.

Artwork & Approval

For custom engravings, including crests or handwriting, a digital preview will be sent for approval. Engraving only starts after client confirmation.

Payment

A 50% deposit is required to start production. The remaining 50% must be paid before the ring is shipped.
We accept secure payments via card or Square Payment Link (Afterpay available upon request).

Production Timeline

Estimated production time is 2–4 weeks depending on the metal and design. We’ll keep you informed throughout the process.

Shipping

All orders are shipped via tracked and insured services. PerthFect is not responsible for postal delays once the package has been dispatched.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the personalised nature of each piece, we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the item arrives damaged or with a production error.
